Online Perinatal Workshop
When: Friday December 4, 2020
Hosted online through Zoom
Please join us for an online workshop supporting pregnant and postpartum women in understanding the body's nervous system and pelvic floor anatomy, and development of skills to support in regulation and connection to pelvic floor. Our hope is to create a safe space to explore, practice, and build community. Please dress comfortably and have a space to practice exercises on a mat or the floor.

OVERCOME ANXIETY CLINIC: A NATURAL & HOLISTIC APPROACH

Clinic runs for 2 hours each week and meets 4 times total.
The program is a 4-part series offered over the course of 4 weeks. It is designed to help people overcome chronic anxiety. The program isn’t a quick fix or intended to mask the symptoms of anxiety, but rather we go to the root cause of anxiety disorders, triggers, and the inability to self-regulate. When practiced regularly, participants are able to recognize their triggers and break the cycle of anxiety. The clinic uses the understanding of modern medical and neurological sciences, the poly-vagal nerve theory, traditional yoga techniques, yoga philosophy, and yoga psychology to create an incredibly successful and empowering program that anyone can do. It only requires 15-20 minutes a day.
Anxiety has no boundaries- age, ethnicity, socioeconomic level. None of it matters; people from all walks of life suffer from anxiety and the program works for everyone who is willing to spend 20 minutes a day. If you are willing to do the work, this clinic will help you tackle your anxiety issues. This group is specific for adults. If adolescents are interested, please contact me for more information.
No yoga experience necessary
The sessions will include yoga practice, please dress accordingly in clothes you are able to move and breath in.
Cost: Early bird pricing: $200 per person for 4 weeks (4 sessions), includes manual, journal, stress ball, mala beads. Regular rate: $220 per person for 4 weeks (4 sessions), includes manual, journal, stress ball, mala beads.
